Gerald Hargrove

Gerald Hargrove has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. He originally started out working with his family owned and operated swimming pool business for about ten years. He also began building houses during this time. He founded Gerald Hargrove Inspection Services (now Hargrove Inspection Services) in 1981 and has been inspecting residential and commercial properties since, completing over 20,000 inspections.

John Boudreaux

John Boudreaux (President and part-owner of Hargrove Inspection Services and Hargrove Pest Solutions) has an engineering degree from Georgia Tech, and worked as an engineer for three years before becoming a home inspector in 2000.

He has completed over 5,000 home inspections. John specializes in mold testing, Energy Audits, and HERS ratings, in addition to home inspection services. John is an ASHI, ICC, and EDI certified inspector, licensed in South Carolina, and is a HERS rater and BPI Assessor.

Sanford Campbell

Sanford Campbell has worked with Gerald Hargrove Construction and Inspections for over 25 years, taking an active role in the inspection company in 2000. Sanford’s construction background includes being involved in all phases of residential construction from the ground to the roof – from laying the foundation to the finishing details.

He has extensive knowledge of not only how a home should be built, but also of how to make proper repairs on existing structures.

Sanford has inspected over 5,000 homes. He is NACHI and ASHI certified, is a licensed home inspector in South Carolina, and specializes in pool and septic inspections.

Med Grubbs

James “Med” Grubbs moved to the Augusta area from Barnwell, SC in 1996 after working in the family business for 16 years. He then entered the housing industry where he bought and sold foreclosed homes. Med gained extensive knowledge about homes through the repairing and refurbishing of these homes to be resold.

Med has been with Hargrove Inspection Services since 2006, and has completed over 2500 inspections, specializing in NACA inspections.

 

Med is ASHI, NACHI, and AHIT certified. He is also licensed in South Carolina, and completes over 500 inspections per year.

Charles “Buddy” Watson

Buddy is originally from Edgefield, SC. Prior to joining Hargrove Inspection Services in April, 2015, he was a homeowners insurance adjuster and claims investigator for 24 years.

Buddy is a licensed adjuster in GA and SC.  He is an AHIT certified inspector, ASHI certified and a South Carolina licensed home inspector.

Rita Blue

A South Carolina native, Rita attended Lander University and received a degree in Nursing. As a RN, she devoted 28 years to nursing, 14 of which were spent in heavy construction and industrial settings as an Occupation Health and Safety nurse.

Rita joined Hargrove Inspection Services in January 2016 and brings 12 years of experience in residential and commercial inspection in Huntsville, Alabama.  Rita is currently licensed in South Carolina and is an ASHI inspector.

Randy Atchison

Randy Atchison has lived in Evans, Ga for 26 years. Randy was in the fire and EMS field prior to joining Hargrove Inspection Services, where he served the community he grew up in and loves. Randy owned a flooring company and has been involved in various construction trades since high school.  Randy is an ASHI certified inspector, as well as licensed in South Carolina.
